  • Personal clearing:  In personal clearing, I work with the client in person or remotely, noticing thoughts, feelings, emotions and physical sensations that arise as I clear.  This is a process of being with what presents, and allowing energetic charge to be released.  I do not try to diagnose or fix.  I am present with the information that arises, as I am able. This can result in release of stress and tension for the client.  For example, I did remote clearing for a client in Germany who was experiencing a lot of stress at work.  I sent the client a brief report of impressions and sensations. that arose in the clearing session.  After clearing, the client reported: “You hit the jackpot with all your feelings and senses... I had a good conversation with my supervisors just that same day and the air is a lot clearer now."

  • Space Clearing for New Home:  Space clearing for a new home addresses the energetic presence or residue of past occupants and influences from the environment, and contributes to the clients’ intent to make the new home “theirs”.

  • Space Clearing for Existing Home:  Space clearing for homes can be done to address specific concerns or to “clear the air” and enjoy a fresh start.  One client hired me to do a space clearing just before New Year’s, to start the year off with a clear space, as she looked to the coming year and new projects ahead.

  • Space Clearing for Small Business: Current and previous owners and employees, the physical environment of the business, past and recent events can impact workflow, relationships and productivity.  Space clearing can address these influences. A client hired me to clear the offices of a business after the long-time owner passed away.  The offices were full of art and artifacts, as well as an accumulation of family and business records and documents.  There was a pervasive sense of tension in the offices.  After the clearing, the place felt much lighter. One of the employees was able to talk about and let go of stress that had accumulated over the years.  The business continues to thrive with current management and staff.

  • Space Clearing for Rental Property:  As with homes and businesses, space clearing can be used to address matters impacting rental property, such as current and previous occupants, and current and past activity on the property.  For example, I did a space clearing for a rental property after the previous tenant died on-site (and had not been discovered until two weeks after dying).  The owner depended on the rental income and needed to make the rental property ready for a new tenant as soon as reasonably possible. Clearing the rental property gave a feeling of closure on a traumatic event and a fresh start for the owner and new tenant.

  • Space Clearing for Land:  There is a reciprocal relationship between us and the land, which can be supporting or draining, and space clearing can address that relationship.  A client hired me to clear the courtyard of a condominium complex where she lived.  The courtyard was part of the common area.  The courtyard was quite run down in appearance, as was another condominium unit adjacent to the courtyard.  After clearing the land, the client later reported that the run-down unit was fixed up and sold and the homeowners’ association made improvements to the courtyard and landscaping.

  • Clearing for Pets:  This clearing can be done in person or remotely, generally when the pet is experiencing physical stress or lethargy.  As with people, personal clearing and space clearing for our pets can help reduce stress and support restoration of ease and well-being.
