Since everything is but an apparition,
perfect in being what it is,
having nothing to do with good or bad,
acceptance or rejection,
one may well burst out in laughter!
— Longchenpa

I am a practitioner of the art of energy clearing.  My mission as a clearing practitioner is to facilitate for others the release of stress, tension, stagnation or agitation, to support a fresh start, to be more compassionately present in the moment, to be open to insight and clarity.

Clearing, on a basic level, facilitates acknowledgement and release of stress and tension, and feeling open to new possibilities, with an open heart and mind, being more present in the moment with joy and happiness.  Clearing is a practice of noticing and accepting, rather than judgment and "fixing".

I was introduced to Eric Dowsett’s approach to energy clearing in 2000.  I attended and assisted at Eric’s workshops in the U.S., Malta, The Netherlands, The Canary Islands, Australia and Vietnam.  My training included numerous case studies.

I have also studied energy sensing and clearing methods with Jean Haner, Raymon Grace, and Astrid Pujari, M.D., ABIHM.

The quotes I share here by Longchenpa, a 14th century Tibetan scholar and meditation master, and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, a 20th century scholar and meditation master, come from the Dzogchen ("Great Perfection") teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.  They are part of the essence of my clearing training from Eric Dowsett.   Since 2007, I have been a student of Younge Khachab Rinpoche, a nonsectarian scholar and Dzogchen yogi, who received Longchenpa's vast teachings directly from Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.  I greatly appreciate the Dzogchen teachings and their practical application in daily life.

I have worked as a paralegal for a large law firm for over 32 years, and this gives me sensitivity to the challenges of busy lives and how clearing supports us in very practical ways. I have a B.A., Business Administration, from Seattle University.

I am located in Seattle, Washington.

Everything encountered is an opportunity to cultivate an open, expansive, compassionate heart and mind, and to experience this way of being as healing, loving and liberating.
